I look down at him, in his red snowsuit and his black hat with
white stars sprinkled all over it, and I think: We did it. We made
it all the way here. I take his hand and we walk across the parking
lot. He looks up at me, proud of his newfound walking skills.
Whoopsidaisy. Almost fell there. But all is well.
